Where should I stay?

There are a lot of options.

The simplest is Grand Case Beach Club. This is where the events are centered. Because it is high season there are no discounts. Book by July to be certain.

There are several lower cost options nearby, but they fill up fast. Booking.com seems to have the best options. Many places, you need to call to book. For example, Grand Case Motel is the cheapest. (+590 690 22 22 94)These fill up by July so book early

Airbnb is another option, but make sure you book as close to Grand Case as possible, and if you aren’t in Grand Case, you’ll probably want to rent a car

Do not stay on the Dutch Side. It’s too far to be practical

What’s covered and what’s not?

Once you get there, and have your accomodations sorted, that should be all. All group meals, groups transportation and activities are covered

If travel and accomodation is a barrier to attending, let me know because there may be frequent flyer miles to helkp support your travel

In short, yes. If you don’t have one, a dark suit with a black bowtie will do. There will be group photos, so don’t be the guest that stands out in the photo
